We actively share information and accumulate technical data within departments, and always implement designs that incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
We communicate closely with our customers throughout the product design process, and by raising challenges and issues that need to be addressed in order for their molds to work, as well as proposing improved mold structures, we provide designs that satisfy our customers.

CAM
This department creates NC data that connects design and machining.
We are always conscious of the need to improve quality and reduce machining and data creation times. We are always striving to keep improving our skills while constantly pursuing new technologies and techniques, whether it is for software, hardware, machines, or tools.

Our Strengths

From the perspective of NC data creation and machining, we will provide feedback to the product design process to enable more accurate and EDM-less machining while reducing the required time.
*We recommend optimal structures that are as simple as possible to reduce machining time. -
We supply data for high-speed finishing machines, B-axis milling machiines, fixed 5-axis machines, and simultaneous 5-axis machines for Cavity/Core plates and medium and small parts.
- We use CAMTOOL soft by C&G, POWERMILL soft by AUTODESK, and GO2cam soft by Saeilo Japan.
- We perform in-house data creation, from rough milling to graphite electrode milling and hole drilling.
- We have machine tools for workpieces with large height differences and deep shapes, which other companies do not have.
We have also accumulated many years of know-how on the machining conditions of these special tools.

We work with CAM software companies and tool manufacturers, sometimes by three parties, i.e. CAM soft company, machining tool maker and us, to pursue more user-friendly systems, as well as seek, share, and develop machining technologies that mold manufacturers need through technical exchanges.

Machining Technology
In recent years, plastic products have become lighter and more complex in shape, and the demand for more precise molds is increasing by the day.
We are also working to improve our organizational capabilities by promoting multi-skill development so that there are multiple operators capable of operating each piece of equipment.

Assembly Technology
This department is responsible for assembling all parts, including Cavity/Core plate and parts machined in previous processes as well as procured parts, and hand-finishes and makes adjustments to complete the final product.
As we manufacture custom-made products, we perform complex assembly, wiring, finishing, and grinding operations to a high level for each and every product.

Our valve gate systems are assembled by expert technicians.

We have installed a dedicated blasting room to enable shot and sand blasting in a work environment-friendly manner.

We have a large number of chain hoists (over 50), allowing for safe and efficient operation with little or no crane waiting time during assembly and finishing operations.

We are able to handle various welding operations (laser, precision, argon).

Quality Management
This is the final department that is responsible for inspecting and verifying that products meet the quality requirements of our customers.
In the event that nonconforming products that do not meet standards are produced, we target said product for improvement and identify the cause for nonconformance, helping us to prevent recurrences.

Our 6 injection molding machines (100-3000 tons) are capable of molding a variety of different molds.

The ED3000 is a large injection molding machine equipped with Take-out Robot and conveyor belt, allowing continuous molding trials in anticipation of mass production.

Our experience and skills in small-lot in-house molding operations enable us to reliably determine product quality.

Our 3D measurement system guarantees mold accuracy, and we are able to ensure consistent product accuracy, from the arrangement of Checking Fixture producing to measurement.

Control
In order to meet quality, cost, and delivery deadlines to a high level, we manage a series of processes, from production planning to completion, in cooperation with the production department.
To create multiple products simultaneously and to fulfill unexpected requirements, we plan the allocation of equipment and tworkers according to precise schedules without waste.
We also check the validity of figures such as costs and profits by comparing them with historical data, as well as identify and manage problems and issues at our plant.
We also plan our plant's semi-annual budget based on factors such as the plant's production status, personnel, and capital investment.

We visualize complex processes involving more than 50 production machines and 400 mold components and manage them in real time at each step.
