Medical Components

PET resin vacuum tubes for blood collecting and a range of other medical components formed from polycarbonates and elastomers. Because medical components must remain dust- and dirt-free, special steel material is used. We meet the exacting requirements of our customers with hardened steel material, multicavity molds and molds with hot runner systems, to deliver increased productivity and higher output.

Thin-walled food containers call for precise manufacturing tolerances to maintain even wall thickness. Hardened steel materials provide increased durability and allow high-cycle molding.
